Intruder Alarm Systems
Grade 2 Intruder Alarm systems for all sizes and types of building, wired or wireless as required, all commissioned in keeping with SSAIB standards and regulations. Our engineers are available to assist with faults 24/7.

Fire Alarm Systems
Our engineers are well versed with most brands of Fire Alarm system, both addressable and conventional, up to and including the Advanced MX5 range. All works certified (where applicable) and comissioned in keeping with NICEIC standards and regulations.

Alarm Monitoring and Keyholder Services
In an age where sirens are commonplace, you cannot always rely on action being taken if the worst should happen and you are not within earshot. There is also a consideration to be made that constant alarm noise can be a nuisance to the general public.
With alarm monitoring added to your Fire and/or Intruder Alarm systems, you can supply us with a list of keyholders who will be contacted within seconds of the alarm activating, for your peace of mind. We supply single path GPRS, or dual path (IP/LAN with GPRS backup) types from CSL, using Custodian as a monitoring station.

We are also able to offer the services of an SIA approved engineer, to attend and investigate in the event of alarm activations when the building is unattended. Unlike many other guarding services our engineers are well versed with alarm systems and will be able to deal with technical alarm issues.

CCTV Systems
A good visual deterrant as well as a useful evidence recording tool, CCTV is a must-have for most enterprises. It is worth having a system which offers good visual clarity, in all lighting conditions.
Our engineers are well experienced with the installation and maintainance of anything from small stand-alone systems to large networkable systems from all manufacturers, including HIKvision.

Lighting / Emergency Lighting
Over the last few years many schools and businesses have been converting their lighting and emergency lighting to LED, as this reduces the carbon footprint and elecric bill as well as providing a longer-lasting, lower maintenance solution. The price of these fittings has become such that it is definitely worth considering.
With regards to emergency lighting, we would advise that you consider a maintenance agreement (see below) for peace of mind and to ensure that your fittings are kept in good working order.

Disabled refuge / Nurse call systems
A common requirement for schools and nursing environments, these systems offer an essential method of communication for disabled people and the elderly. Our engineers are experienced with the installation and maintenance of all types of system by most manufacturers.
We would advise that you consider a maintenance agreement (see below) for peace of mind and to ensure that these systems are kept in good working order.

General Electrical Works
The 'bread and butter' of most electrical contractors, we are of course well experienced at providing all types of fully certified general electrical installation, from socket outlets and spurs, to single-phase / 3-phase distribution boards and full building re-wires if necessary.
Most importantly we can offer a 5 yearly test and inspection with full NICEIC certification and a comprehensive report with regards to any defects that require attention, with a competitive quote to carry out the repairs to a high standard.

Gate Automation and Safety
Automated gates are a useful addition to most enterprises, for pedestrian and vehicle entry. Our engineers are experienced with all types of automation, and most manufacturers, though we predominantly recommend BFT products.
You should also consider the safety aspects such as correct signage, warning strobes, and safety edges / finger guards to protect against crushing hazards, all of which we are able to supply and install.
We would advise that you consider a maintenance agreement (see below) to ensure that these safety systems are kept in good working order.

Door Entry / Intercom Systems
A common requirement where entrance security is an issue, particularly for schools, door entry systems work in conjunction with magnetic door locks and automated doors to provide security at the point of entrance.
Our engineers are well versed with most manufactuers and products however we would recommend Paxton as a reputable manufacturer of door entry systems that are easily expanded and integrated into other systems where necessary.
We also have engineers who are trained in the installation and programming of Stentafon intercom systems.

Scheduled Maintenance / Testing
Most of the systems listed above should be tested on a regular basis, to ensure good working order and provide peace of mind; particularly in the case of Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting, which are necessities.
We are able to arrange these tests for out-of-hours times or during holidays, which is especially beneficial to schools/acadamies.
